Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, implementing, executing and managing a solid business strategy
- Identifying and developing opportunities within the CTS market
- Recruiting, training and developing a high-performance international team
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-10 years of management experience in Clinical Trial Supply
- University Degree
- Knowledge of CT space including drug procurement, supply and related services
- Proven track record in obtaining leads, generating sales and driving new revenue in a Business Development role
- Networking and industry contacts within the world of Pharma, Biotech and KOL
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing and managing an international team
