- Establishing rapport with employees and motivating them to achieve goals
- Guiding employees through coaching process and milestone completion
- Advising and coaching career development, transition issues and career options
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum five years of experience in delivery of career coaching to individuals in various industries and levels
- Currently resides in the US and familiar with US job market
- Excellent working knowledge of various visas, and options in terms of employment within each of those
- Very strong verbal / written communication skills
- Experience with virtual coaching
- Savvy with technology
