A software developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Global Communications Payroll Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and overseeing the Global Payroll function
- Supporting employees through a focus on customer service and education
- Partnering with Stock Administration, Legal and other to manage RSU releases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, or related discipline
- 20+ years of experience in payroll operations
- Significant management and leadership experience
- Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
- Expertise in global payroll processes including payroll compliance
- Strategic thinking, strong leadership and business partnering skills
