Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Compensation Head.
Must be able to:
- Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses and projects
- Partner with HRIS to help with the launch of a new HRIS solution
- Provide support and direction during performance review cycles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of compensation experience
- Strong user of Microsoft Office and G-suite
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy
- Working knowledge of compensation program concepts and practices
