Job Summary
A digital imaging product company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Global Deployment Specialist .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying Tools and Process gaps needed to improve deployments
- Managing escalations, schedules and priorities to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Providing technical coordination and leadership in the execution of the product deployment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Traveling will be around 20%
- Advanced and proven technical troubleshooting skills
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience as an expert supporting technical clients
- University or college education in computer-related field, or equivalent
- Advanced working knowledge of Databases such as Oracle 11G/12C and SQL
- Advanced excellent working knowledge of networking and Operating systems such as Linus and Windows
