A micromobility company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Global Diversity Inclusion Director.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and ensure leadership engagement
  • Champion all strategic D&I initiatives globally
  • Track and transparently report progress

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years experience working in Diversity and Inclusion
  • Experience in Human Resources, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity or related area
  • Proven experience with developing communications including training materials
  • A proven track record of building and scaling D&I programs
  • Experience leading cross-functional and dotted-line teams, forums, and individuals
