A global insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Insurance Organization Claims Examiner.

Must be able to:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Adjudicate claims for fair and reasonable charges.
• Research claims to determine coverage options

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A record of providing outstanding customer service
• Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Experience in conflict resolution, or the ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Analytical skills and the ability to search the internet for answers and market data
