Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Global Mobility Immigration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating with internal partners and supplier partners on relocation, tax, and immigration matters
- Maintaining mobility information for internal/external customers to track/review mobility process
- Auditing and reviewing vendor invoices to ensure accurate coding, reduce billing errors, and coordinate payments
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in HR, Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility & US Immigration
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, including visa requirements and work permits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities
- Proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
