A biotechnology company has an open position for a Telecommute Global Payroll Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing, documenting problems, and recommending solutions
- Supporting special projects
- Performing in-depth investigations and analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of overall Payroll experience, in a multi-national company
- Minimum of 3 years of Payroll and/or HRIS experience working
- Strong understanding of general HR & Payroll wage and hour laws
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create meaningful KPI’s and metrics
