Job Summary

A global professional services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Professional Services Nonqualified Retirement Plan Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as primary contact and address day-to-day questions related to the servicing of nonqualified retirement programs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables
  • Provide training and mentoring to other team members as necessary

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Intermediate level of Excel proficiency
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients with issues related to the plan or corresponding informal financing mechanism
  • Address inquiries from plan participants related to the benefit plan and their account
  • Effectively communicate complex information to clients verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach by understanding client objectives, industry trends and Aon’s service offering
