Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Project Services Platform Operations Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Fostering the adoption and standardization of the Project Services Automation(PSA) platform
- Administering and providing day to day support for the too
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting user community on the tool
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 years of experience managing global projects and programs
- Experience with the Mavenlink PSA Platform
- Ability to manage complex issues, prioritizing and implementing appropriate solutions
- Experience presenting to multiple levels
- Demonstrates the ability to lead and influence cross-functional project teams
- Advanced organizational, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and planning skills
