Job Summary

A global consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Recruiting Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
• Defining, communicating and managing individual and team metrics when applicable
• Advising client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Willing to travel to client sites, including international and domestic locations, as required (up to 20% travel required)
• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of recruitment experience
• 8+ years of experience of project or account management with an understanding of business and effective management practices
• 5+ years of managing talent acquisition in a corporate environment
• 5+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
