Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Sales Compensation Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning and managing annual comp plan design process
  • Developing and enforcing annual comp plan T&C’s
  • Owning the roll-out of sales compensation plans

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • 5+ years experience designing, communicating and administering sales compensation plans
  • Working knowledge of incentive plan structures- quotas, accelerators, pay mix, leverage points
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Xactly platforms
  • Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources
