Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Sales Compensation Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and managing annual comp plan design process
- Developing and enforcing annual comp plan T&C’s
- Owning the roll-out of sales compensation plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
- 5+ years experience designing, communicating and administering sales compensation plans
- Working knowledge of incentive plan structures- quotas, accelerators, pay mix, leverage points
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Xactly platforms
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources
