Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Global Sales Enablement Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Measuring and reporingt back the impact of activities on business KPIs
  • Recommending and implementing sales frameworks for the global sales team
  • Managing the existing team member(s)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in a Sales Enablement role at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience successfully creating and executing a Sales Enablement Strategy
  • Leadership experienced and your ability to inspire and manage a direct team
  • Ability to analyze sales data in order to proactively suggest strategies
  • Experience creating and delivering enablement trainings and content
