Job Summary
A database and cloud management development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Sales Enablement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce in the enablement team
- Establish the short-term and long-term strategies for the organization
- Lead the integration of complex business factors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 8+ years leadership experience
- Understands and has implemented Sales Enablement technology to support learning
- Has successfully led both enablement and events management for a mid-sized sales organization
- Able to manage a team of multiple training or development programs
