A travel management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Global Service Delivery Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the key contact for client escalations requiring senior leader intervention
- Identifying gaps in current processes and technology across the team
- Analyzing, trending, and reporting open tech issues for team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed for client visits
- 5+ years experience required supporting global, multi-national clients with Domestic and International bookings
- 5+ years leading large customer operations/service teams, preferably in a virtual environment
