Job Summary
A biotechnology company is seeking a Telecommute Global Service Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining, developing recommendations, and implementing the service strategy
- Defining and implementing the service delivery structure that is optimized for and aligned to the business goals
- Acting as escalation resolution point for severe customer satisfaction issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Regular international travel (40% annually)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
- Minimum ten years high performance international service management experience
- Experience with people management, and managing teams
- Experience dealing with and successfully resolving technical customer escalations
- Excellent communication skills in English
