Job Summary

A biotechnology company is seeking a Telecommute Global Service Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining, developing recommendations, and implementing the service strategy
  • Defining and implementing the service delivery structure that is optimized for and aligned to the business goals
  • Acting as escalation resolution point for severe customer satisfaction issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Regular international travel (40% annually)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
  • Minimum ten years high performance international service management experience
  • Experience with people management, and managing teams
  • Experience dealing with and successfully resolving technical customer escalations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
