A global insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Global Surety Actuary.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain risk-based pricing (RBP) tools
- Cultivate collaborative business relationships with culturally diverse underwriting teams
- Enhance underwriting capabilities by providing training to underwriters on RBP tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience required
- Sound knowledge of actuarial techniques and standards
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor peers and motivate and train subordinates
- Advanced computing skills (MS Office Excel, SAS, etc.); Ability to build complex models
