Job Summary
A shipping and logistics company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lading a team and driving strategic initiatives across the organization that will allow the company to triple the headcount over the next 18-24 months
- Performing Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & DEI and evolving to include the build out of Talent Operations, Talent Marketing and International
- Overseeing a team of Talent Partner Managers, Recruiters and Coordinators; effectively coaching, mentoring and motivating the team, providing ongoing opportunities for growth and success.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources or similar field
- 7+ years of professional TA experience in a high-growth tech company strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience leading TA initiatives, strategy and projects for a recruitment team, strongly preferred
- Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Willingness to strategize but also be hands-on and efficiently operate under pressure, driving projects to completion based on company and team objectives
- Ability to forecast future hiring needs on the basis of business growth strategies
