Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Telecommute Global Talent Management Vice President in New Britain.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping reinvent talent management, delivering business outcomes, improving the lives of our frontline colleagues, and leading our enterprise-wide talent management efforts
- Participating in strategic conversations about how to modernize our people practices which will require thinking big, examining first principles, and bringing to life real change
- Operationalizing a modern talent review through the company and transitioning from an event-based design to a habit-based design
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with talent management in HR or as a large team leader
- Demonstrated expertise implementing innovative Talent Management solutions
- Experience with looking at a business problem and connecting it to people/organizational solutions
- Referenceable track record of influence across a global company
- High proficiency with people data
