Job Summary

A data integration and data integrity company is in need of a Telecommute Go to Market Strategy Self Service Head in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the self-serve journey
  • Developing self-serve/ecommerce sales and marketing strategies
  • Driving transformational change in how we on-board, support and grow self-serve customers

Qualifications Include:

  • Some travel required
  • 7+ years of relevant business experience in SaaS
  • Experience in strategy consulting, product management, and/or digital channel management
  • Sharp, strategic thinker who can design and execute on a vision
  • Multi-discipline awareness, collaborating with marketing, support, sales, and product organizations
  • Must develop and report on key business KPIs, grounding decisions in business analytics
