Job Summary

A company offering advanced analytics and smart data-driven solutions is in need of a Telecommute Golang Data Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Automate scientific data from legacy systems
  • Augment the data and serve via a RESTful API

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Apache Beam or Google Cloud Dataflow
  • Experience with protocol buffers and gRPC, as well as Kubernetes
  • Experience working with scientific datasets
  • Background in the application of quantitative science accepted
  • Experience building and maintaining data-intensive APIs
  • Experience with stream processing using Apache Kafka
