An online retail company is seeking a Telecommute Governance of Policies and Security Standards Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying, measuring, and managing risk in Customer Service
- Establishing policies that provide management and operational controls to reduce risk
- Achieving regulatory compliance while driving engagement and adoption of new security policies
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years policy program management for a government, technology, financial or regulated environment
- Proven experience working with stakeholders including legal, HR, Operational and global scale policies
- Ability to assess controls to ensure they are effective and measurably reducing risks in CS
- Willingness to dive deep into your own audits combined with experience collaborating on a team
