Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Governance Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working cross-functionally to develop payment models and incentives for vendor compensation
  • Formulating business and reporting rules, driving process improvements, and analyzing payment models
  • Advising on formulation of Change Management Requests to enable invoicing for unexpected situations

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years in contact center management/outsourcing, business process re-engineering, or indirect procurement
  • Curiosity, inquisitiveness, ability to ask good questions
  • Willingness to think differently to simplify and improve processes
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and behavioral data
  • Experience with Excel and pivot table analysis
  • Experience with creating and delivering presentations in Keynote/Powerpoint
