An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Governance Risk and Security Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Staying abreast of relevant industry trends and requirements for certifications
  • Defining the company's compliance road map
  • Managing a team to establish practices necessary for compliance requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years work experience in compliance within the software industry
  • 5+ years experience with security-related management
  • 5+ years experience as a people manager, leading a security or compliance team
  • Experience with information security principles/practices experience
  • Experience with certifications such as SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO27001
  • Experience with identity management principles/practices
