Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Staying abreast of relevant industry trends and requirements for certifications
- Defining the company's compliance road map
- Managing a team to establish practices necessary for compliance requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years work experience in compliance within the software industry
- 5+ years experience with security-related management
- 5+ years experience as a people manager, leading a security or compliance team
- Experience with information security principles/practices experience
- Experience with certifications such as SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO27001
- Experience with identity management principles/practices
