Job Summary
A non-profit professional organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Governance Services Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Executes elections and nominating committees for Board committees, Councils, and Network executive committees
- Schedules, hosts and documents key notes for monthly virtual committee meetings via Zoom
- Maintains and coordinates budgets and travel subsidies with the Finance team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, approximately 5-7 times per year
- Able to execute committee activities on site at the in-person bi-annual leadership meetings
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a global environment
- Advanced university degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems, preferably CRM
- Experience in professional services and/or event planning environments
