Job Summary

A non-profit professional organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Governance Services Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Executes elections and nominating committees for Board committees, Councils, and Network executive committees
  • Schedules, hosts and documents key notes for monthly virtual committee meetings via Zoom
  • Maintains and coordinates budgets and travel subsidies with the Finance team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, approximately 5-7 times per year
  • Able to execute committee activities on site at the in-person bi-annual leadership meetings
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a global environment
  • Advanced university degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems, preferably CRM
  • Experience in professional services and/or event planning environments
