Job Summary
A theraputics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Government Affairs Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide consistent legislative monitoring and analysis
- Advocate for equitable access to rare disease therapies
- Manage and adhere to corporate policies and practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to throughout the East Coast states (up to 30% of time)
- 5-8 years of experience in political, government, or healthcare business environments
- Thorough understanding of state budgeting processes and experiences
- Demonstrated understanding of Medicaid system and differences in state operation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in law, public policy, political science, public health, etc.
