Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Operations Manager in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining operations business plans
- Advising clients on travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc
- Responding to and resolving client operational failures within a timely manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in managing business functions as well as leading others
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills
- Knowledge of ticketing procedures
