Job Summary

A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Operations Manager in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining operations business plans
  • Advising clients on travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc
  • Responding to and resolving client operational failures within a timely manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in managing business functions as well as leading others
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills
  • Knowledge of ticketing procedures
