Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant and Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients regarding travel arrangements
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma/GED; 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
- Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, Worldspan, TRAMS database software
