Job Summary
A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Research complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Percentage Negligible
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, TRAMS database software
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
