Job Summary
A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Able to read and interpret written information
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules and operating instructions
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
