Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Houston.

Must be able to:

  • Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
  • Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
  • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Able to read and interpret written information
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules and operating instructions
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
