Job Summary
A travel services company is seeking a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients about travel arrangements
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Native SABRE experience
- HS diploma or GED; or 1-3 months experience/training; or equivalent education & experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, contract fares & international routing
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
