Job Summary

A travel services company is seeking a Telecommute Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering calls and emails promptly from clients about travel arrangements
  • Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
  • Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Native SABRE experience
  • HS diploma or GED; or 1-3 months experience/training; or equivalent education & experience
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Understanding of Government travel requirements, contract fares & international routing
  • Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
