Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Government Business Plan Clinical Quality Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing leadership for implementation of the Program for the assigned California Medicaid Health Plan
- Providing leadership for the member/provider satisfaction survey process
- Hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of experience in quality management in a managed care environment
- RN, MBA, MPH, or additional Quality certifications preferred
