Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Government Contracting Strategy Associate Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide strategic direction for and oversight of managed care network development activities
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
  • Drive performance of company's network and value based contracts by driving joint provider and plan initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field,or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a network development role with emphasis on value based contracting
  • Strong knowledge of payment methodologies including fee for service and alternative risk arrangements
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality program
  • Strong knowledge of systems of payment in the healthcare
  • Working knowledge Excel, Microsoft Teams, Office
