Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Government Contracts Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Advise companies on drafting and negotiating contracts
- Assisting with bid protests and prime/subcontractor litigation
- Assisting with labor and employment, and government audits and investigations
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 50 law school
- 6+ years of government contracts experience
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Experience advising companies on all phases of the procurement process
