A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Government Military Accounts Travel Consultant in St Louis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients regarding travel arrangements
- Assisting clients without delay
- Researching complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
