Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Government Military Accounts Travel Consultant in St Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering calls and emails promptly from clients regarding travel arrangements
  • Assisting clients without delay
  • Researching complex travel rules and regulations for each client

Qualifications for this position include:

  • HS diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
