Job Summary
A major healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Government Operations Delegation Capitation Support Capability Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with SMEs to address task sequencing and to help obtain information necessary to each team
- Lead activities for assigned Delegation or Capitation initiatives for COSMOS, NICE or CSP Facets
- Guide teams across multiple disciplines as they complete implementation tasks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience facilitating end to end mid to large size workgroups
- Prior experience with COSMOS, NICE, CSP Facets or other medical claims system platforms
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
