Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Government Operations Specialist in Frisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting high-level problem solving with a focus on compliance and Revenue Cycle
- Completing medical records request for audits
- Providing operational guidance regarding revenue cycle policies and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel if needed to train staff
- Bachelor’s Degree Business or Healthcare
- 3-4 years’ experience in Billing and AR Follow-Up
- 3-4 Years of Medicare knowledge experience in resolving Medicare claims
- Clear knowledge of UB04 billing requirements for Medicare
- 1 year customer service experience
