Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Government Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tracking and analyzing state policy developments relevant to the security industry
  • Coordinating grassroots member engagement efforts
  • Representing the company before state legislators, Congressional staff, and government agencies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Exceptional research, writing, editing and organizational skills
  • Pro-business outlook and interest in security and/or information technology issues
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work
