A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Government Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking and analyzing state policy developments relevant to the security industry
- Coordinating grassroots member engagement efforts
- Representing the company before state legislators, Congressional staff, and government agencies
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Exceptional research, writing, editing and organizational skills
- Pro-business outlook and interest in security and/or information technology issues
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work
