Job Summary

A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Government Services Proposal Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring success of direct reports/subcontractors and the performance improvement at their accounts
  • Providing coaching and mentoring of direct reports
  • Recommending and leading the management of proposal tool systems in collaboration with operations

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree Required
  • 10+ years experience: Program Management Federal Contracting Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Team/leadership
  • 2 years of direct supervision preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Extend Subject Matter Expertise to other areas of work within the Government Service Unit
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
