Job Summary
A provider of travel management solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Group Air Team Lead in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring phone and email response time
- Ensuring tickets are issued and assisting with issuing if needed
- Building and pushing out arrival/departure reports to key accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience as a booking agent
- Working knowledge of a GDS System and proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
- Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time without leaving work area
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
