Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Group Air Team Leader in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to team/client on emails within 15 minutes
  • Email responses to travelers within 1 hour
  • Respond via voicemail within 15 minutes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Negligible travel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a booking agent
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
