Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Group Benefits Client Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining all areas of the customer-specific records
- Being responsible for timely add issue forecasting
- Actively supporting the CRM roles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work
- Obtain a Group Life Health license and Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation
- Knowledge of employee benefits products
- Solid working knowledge of products, and operational parameters
- Proficient with widely-utilized Microsoft applications
