A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Group Benefits Implementation Readiness Lead in Hartford.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a Change Manager on the project team
- Deliver and maintain project artifacts
- Drive business resource planning
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- 5+ years of PM experience or equivalent leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project software
