Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Group Enrollment Senior Billing Specialist in Omaha.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service within our Billing Team function
- Accurately analyze eligibility/enrollment changes to accurately produce a customer’s list bills
- Deliver a consistent high quality and cost effective product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong billing reconciliation, analytical skills and problem solving
- Demonstrates knowledge of Group Benefit insurance products, benefits rules and contract language
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand multiple eligibility/enrollment changes and the impact to the bill.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and skills quickly
