Job Summary
An insurance organization is in need of a Telecommute Group Retirement Financial Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and produce Group Retirement financial reports of P&L and drivers for actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Act as point of contact and work directly with cost center owners and business stakeholders
- Prepare expense variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior period for key cost centers
Required Skills:
- At least 4 years college education with a bachelor’s degree in a finance related major
- 4+ years of financial planning/analysis relevant working experience preferable in FP&A
- Being able to quickly adapt to changes in scope and prioritie
- Proficient in financial and data analysis and can work independently or in a team environment.
- Able to research and collaborate with others on the right approach
