Job Summary
An online real estate agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Growth and Expansion Regional Director for the Midwest.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Increasing the number of quality agents in the assigned region
- Developing and refining procedures and best practices
- Driving attendance at Cloud sessions and events
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Hold an active real estate license with a demonstrated history of leadership in real estate
- Success in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforce
- Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of growth and/or culture building
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
