A school for remote software developers is in need of a Telecommute Growth and Marketing Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying, developing, and prioritizing growth, marketing, and communication initiatives
• Shaping our brand, positioning, and external communications
• Developing approaches to measure the effectiveness of all growth, marketing, and communications efforts

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in marketing, growth, and communications roles at high-growth startups
• 2+ years leading the growth of a product
• Strong track record of helping companies grow through content
• Experience building a marketing team from the ground up
• The ability to quickly switch between high-level marketing strategy and scrappy execution
• Excellent storytelling and written communication skills
