A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Growth Head in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead performance marketing and creative testing across channels
  • Lead conversion rate optimization across website and product onboarding
  • Lead iterations to improve user referrals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading growth marketing for a popular consumer brand
  • Strong proficiency in leading creative testing (especially video) and channel-specific expertise across major channels
  • Strong proficiency in CRO across web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment leading iterations
  • Strong understanding of the importance of user research and brand messaging
