Must be able to:
- Help launch and scale new business lines and products
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of growth marketing programs
- Effectively manage and scale a multi-layered, high-performing team.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in growth strategy and marketing for high growth businesses
- BA/BS degree in quantitative discipline or clear track record of driving success in quantitative environments
- Experience owning and driving KPIs throughout the customer lifecycle
- Practical understanding of most of the following: Owned Media: Email, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Apps
- Knowledge of: Paid Ads and Earned Media: SEO, Virality/Word of Mouth
